All levels, ability, and conditions are invited to join Daniel of the Center for Mindful Living for Mindful Yoga. This class begins with simple breathing practices and gentle meditation and includes different movements, stretches, and positions of the body to increase limberness, blood circulation, and qi flow. Conclude with relaxation practices for integration. All are invited, no experience necessary.
All levels are welcome. Students are asked to bring their own mat and water.
Recommended donation $10 – all proceeds support programming and maintenance of the park by the Friends of Fessenden Park. The all-volunteer Friends of Fessenden Park is a committee of Tenleytown Main Street and seeks to revitalize the park as a community gathering place for all ages.
