Description

Healing the Body is a painting workshop that uses meditation and art as wellness tools to un-silence and to empower. In this hands-on workshop, facilitating artists Ashley Dequilla and Ashley Ja'nae, will guide you through a meditation and reflection activity before participants create 72" x 32" abstract figure portraits. At the end of every session, participants are photographed in front of image projections of their creations.
