Tenleytown’s business district just keeps growing. Three new businesses have plans to open at Tenley View, 4600 Wisconsin Avenue, in the coming year.

Tenley View will welcome two new restaurants and a fitness center.

Joining popular local chain District Taco, which brought casual Yucatan-inspired fare to Tenleytown last fall, are two other international-flavored, fast casual restaurants. SeoulSpice will introduce healthy Korean comfort food to the neighborhood, with a menu that includes classic rice bowls and Korean-style burritos. Next door, Muncheez will offer Lebanese street food ranging from shawarma to falafel to zaatar. The Tenleytown locations are the second for both restaurants. SeoulSpice is currently open in NoMa, while Muncheez operates in Georgetown.

In addition, Orangetheory Fitness, a nationwide exercise franchise, will open its second DC studio on Brandywine Street. Orangetheory Fitness offers 60-minute group interval training that, per its website, “incorporates endurance, strength and power elements through a variety of equipment including treadmills, rowing machines, TRX® suspension training and free weights.”

With the announcement of these planned openings, Tenley View’s commercial space is almost full. Only one retail bay remains available, offering 3,238 sq. ft. along Brandywine Street.
