At Groundworks BJJ, our aim is to provide a fun and safe place to learn the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the Washington DC metro area. Whether your goal is self defense, fitness, MMA, or just learning this great sport, we are here to help you achieve your goals in a fun and positive way. We are building a team and community that betters each other through camaraderie, and all are welcome. We hope to have you as part of our family!

Our studio is located on the 3rd floor of Citizen Heights Church in the East Wing. You will find markers directing you up to our studio from the parking lot.
