Description

Come explore outer and inner worlds in this hormone-harmonizing workshop!
 
Lindsay MacDougall, Licensed Acupuncturist and 200Hr RYT, leads students in an original, first-of-its-kind workshop combining the gifts of asana, breath, and movement with the benefits of acupuncture, restoration, and healing. Students will awaken their inner healing power and connect to their true divine, inner-feminine gifts.

Cost: $49.00
Early bird: Save 5% off if you register up to 2 days before the workshop.
 
*Medical Receipts will be provided at the end of the workshop for yogis to submit to their insurance provider for Out of Pocket (OOP) benefits for partial or full reimbursement.
