Beginner Hula Hoop with Zbu

Come learn the art of hula hoops while dancing to your favorite tunes of the summer.

Zbu Hoopism will teach you the basic tricks performers use on stage. Don’t worry if you’ve never hula hooped before. By the end of this one-hour beginner class, you will learn how to activate your muscles for on body hula hooping with a fun warm up, keep the hula hoop at your waist, and flow to music with an off-body hula hoop combo.

Hula hoops will be provided.
