Description

Join us as Marianna Charountaki and Daniela Irrera discuss the book, "Mapping Non-State Actors in International Relations." They will be joined by the author Sterling Jensen as well as Bayan Abdul Rahaman, a representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government Representation in the United States. SIS professor Elizabeth Thompson will moderate the discussion.

This book launch aims to address the role of non-state actors as entities in their own right in international relations. The book introduces a typology of non-state actors in an attempt to create linkages with the International Relations discipline bringing in different case studies that bear a significant impact on its ontology.
