Summer always inspires fitness and what's better than getting into your weekend Zen with a friend or two?

Unlock your body's potential, challenge your limits, and soothe your mind in this transformative practice with Equinox this Summer as we take over the Great Lawn. We will be hosting free biweekly outdoor yoga classes designed to help you combine movement with mindfulness to leave you feeling Zen!

While we will be in the grass, we encourage you to bring a yoga mat if you'd like as well.
