The Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD) and the DC Bar Pro Bono Center are offering a free legal clinic for aspiring or current small business owners. Meet one-on-one with attorneys on business formation, contracts, leases, taxes or any other questions related to small business legal issues. Or, if you do not have specific questions, tell the attorneys about your business—they can help you spot legal issues or give you general advice. Please bring any documents relevant to the issues you wish to discuss. This is a walk-in clinic; however, pre-registration by Monday, January 9 is recommended.
