Description

Join Northwest Sport&Health for a Community Day! This free event will include an outdoor, socially distanced fitness class and the chance to win prizes. 

Community Day fun includes:

  • TNT: 50-minute circuit based training with 45 seconds of work followed by 25 seconds of rest for 10 exercises for 2 sets and 2 rounds
  • Raffle of up to $250 in giveaways
  • Chance to speak to a Management Representative for more information about our club
  • AND FREE FOOD FROM PANERA!!!

 

Advance registration required. Send your name and contact information to Mackenzie Davis, Community Day Coordinator, at mackenzie.davis@sportandhealth.com. She will also be able to answer any questions you may have about the event.

The Community Day will take place at Ft. Reno Park - look for the big red tent - just a block from the Sport&Health facilities, which are located at 4001 Brandywine St NW Washington, DC 20016
