Permission to pause! Come join us for a 90-minute intuitive pregnancy workshop with Reiki Healer and Doula, Molly Landolt. We'll start with a 45-minute gentle, pregnancy-friendly yoga flow followed by a conversation and Q&A with Molly about building your intuition during pregnancy and how that can support your birth and parenting goals. We'll send you home with a grounding exercise to integrate the workshop's teachings into your daily routine.
