Description

How's a queen to keep her head in the middle of a revolution? Marie Antoinette delights and inspires her French subjects with her three-foot tall wigs and extravagant haute couture. From the light and breezy banter at the palace to the surging chants of "Liberte, Egalite, Fraternite!" in the streets come and join us to hear the story of what inspired Meg Schaap's Marie Antoinette Installation and paintings.

Marie Antoinette was one amazing trailblazer. She rejected what was expected of her and aspired to be her truest authentic selves. What can we learn from her grace and courage?
