Description

Join us at Fessenden Park for an outdoor Vinyasa Flow yoga class offered by instructor Lauren Dickert.

All are welcome – the class will be geared toward Level 1 & 2

Students are asked to bring their own mat, but there will be a few available for people who do not have a mat.

All proceeds support programming and maintenance of the park by the Friends of Fessenden Park. The all-volunteer Friends of Fessenden Park is supported by Tenleytown Main Street and seeks to revitalize the park as a true community gathering space for people of all ages.
