In this contemporary space, available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week, you’ll find flexible layouts you can adapt to your group’s size and audio/visual equipment for easy presentations.
It is available for rental to businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and community members.
The BOLD Center is designed to be affordable and accessible. A large conference room accommodates 120 people (up to 150 with extra seating rental) and can be divided into two rooms that fit 80 people each.
Audio/visual equipment is included in the rental. Groups have access to three large flat-screens with remotes, HDMI hookup for laptops with Mac adapters available, and eight wireless microphones with battery packs.
Rentals are available in blocks of four hours. You provide the room layout, and BOLD sets up the room. Renters can bring in food and non-alcoholic beverages. The site is two blocks north of the Tenleytown Metro station, across from Wilson High School.
