The 11th annual Tenley WinterFest is an eight-day celebration of the holiday season showcasing local businesses, community groups, and the neighborhood – all with a unique Tenleytown flair and lots of yetis. Enjoy free, festive events for all ages, November 26 through December 3. Plan now to take full advantage of this year’s festival, including:
- Winter Feast, Tenleytown’s own restaurant week, featuring special offers at local restaurants like Coffee Nature, Le Chat Noir, Nando’s PERi-PERi, and more. Visit an old favorite or try out a new spot!

- Festive storefront window displays as Tenley Gets Lit and businesses compete in our annual holiday window contest.
- Winter-themed Trivia Night at Guapo’s Restaurant presented by Tenleytown quizmasters Robin and Matt. Compete to win a Tenley Bucks gift card, usable at two dozen local shops, salons, and restaurants.
- Shop small on Small Business Saturday, November 26, and support Tenleytown’s small and local businesses throughout the holiday season. Pick up a free shopping tote loaded with goodies at the TMS Welcome Center, 4748 Wisconsin Ave.
- Check off your holiday shopping list at the Winter Market on December 3, featuring local artisans offering unique gifts. Shop jewelry & accessories, home & holiday décor, greeting cards, bath & beauty products, specialty foods, and more. Shop all day at 4748 Wisconsin Ave.
You can also enjoy historical tours of Tenleytown, join neighbors for caroling at Fessenden Park, purchase holiday greens from local schools, pick up a take-and-make craft for kids, and cap off the week with a tree lighting festival at City Ridge. Plus more fun, seasonal events throughout the week.
