Tenleytown Yeti Hunt 2025 Rules

1. How to Play

• Download the Eventzee App (https://eventzeeapp.com/)
• Create an account and enter the event code (9FE1D6)
• Complete challenges to earn points.
• Correct submissions earn points; incorrect ones may be resubmitted.

2. Eligibility

• Open to all ages (participants under 13 must play with a parent/guardian).
  • Teams may play using one shared Eventzee account.
  • One prize per person (or household).
  • TMS staff, board, and immediate families may play but are not prize-eligible.

3. Scoring and Winner Selection

• The team with the highest score will win.
  • In the event of a tie, the earliest timestamp reaching final score will win.
  • Prizes:
  – 1st Prize: $75 Tenleybucks
  – 2nd Prize: $50 Tenleybucks (two winners)
     – 3rd Prize: $25 Tenleybucks
  • TMS may review, verify, or disqualify submissions.

4. Prize Notification & Redemption

• Winners will be notified via email.
  • Prizes must be claimed by February 1.
  • Tenleybucks are redeemable at participating Tenleytown businesses.

5. Photo & Submission Requirements

• Photos must be taken during the event.
  • No AI-generated, stolen images or inappropriate content will be permitted.
  • Participants consent to TMS sharing images (first name + last initial only).

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must:
• Respect businesses and patrons.
• Avoid blocking doors or disrupting activities.
• Follow signage and remain on public property.
• Avoid restricted areas.

7. Safety Guidelines

• Play at your own risk.
  • Follow traffic laws.
  • TMS is not responsible for injuries or damaged devices.

8. Technical Limitations

• TMS is not responsible for app outages, GPS issues, or device problems.

9. Privacy

• Eventzee collects normal app data.
  • TMS receives only necessary participation data.
  • Your data will not be sold or shared beyond event use.

10. Rule Changes

• TMS may update or clarify rules at any time for fairness and safety.

11. No Purchase Necessary

• No purchase is required to play or win.
